Working on another UFO

I set together another set of blocks. They were from a monthly swap group and one was dated 2006. I originally was going to set the with alternate blocks and a pieced border. I finally decided size wise it was going to be big enough with just sashing. The yellow just screamed use me! I will be using that same yellow fabric as a piped border next to a purple binding when ever I get it quilted! Taking a pic on my design wall with a fluorescent light right above isn't the best choice!

Was that your Quilt Circle blocks from before I joined? I am putting together my Bear Paws for a wedding quilt. I have to make seven more and find more of the green background fabric to make it queen sized. The kids eloped on New Year's Day.

Yes, that was my first set of quilt circle blocks, the basket blocks in an earlier post were my second set. I'm thrilled to have two more tops done!

I remember making that pretty tree block...the quilt is wonderful. I keep thinking about rejoining quilt circle but Cindy said the decision was made for 2blocks/month this round and that is too much for my lack of production to bite off.:)
